How to use ICE Management System(ICE MS)
How to launch ICE MS
When the app is launched a login dialogue will be seen asking for a username and password like this.
Note: Make your connection with the server private not public.
- Enter the username and password given to you by your database manager, if it is your first of using ICE MS, click Reassign IP and enter the IP given to you.
- Then click Authenticate. If it is not your first time just enter your username and password and authenticate.
- If the username and password match you will be redirected to this page.

Note: If it’s your first launch your screen will be similar to image 2(IMG 2).
How to create a new data group value
On the top side of the app click new, enter your data group value, date of creation and click done.
How to view previous data group values
On the same topside click on view to show previous data group values. You can use or access a data group value by simply clicking on the use button corresponding to the data group values of your choice.
How to register an intern
Click interns and click New intern a form will appear prompting for full name, course, date of registration, course fee and telephone number then click register to finish the registration.
How to record cashflows
Click Others and click add, fill in the parameters prompted for example item is the cashflow description, amount, date of transaction and cashflow type i.e income or expense. then click add to add cashflow record.
How to edit an intern info
To edit an intern info double click on the cell you want to edit after editing hit enter key to save it.
Note: The registration date column cannot be edited.
How to edit intern course
Double click the intern course and type show a small window will appear, select the course and close the window and it will be automatically updated.
How to update intern amount
Double click the intern amount and input the amount given. To reset the amount to zero double click and type clear and hit enter key.
How to delete an intern info
Double click on the intern name and type delete and hit enter key.
How to add or update courses
Click on intern and click course setting, at the bottom type in the course and course price and click add to add course. You can update a course by simply deleting it and inputting the correct one.
How to refresh ICE MS
Simply click refresh.
How to get reports
Simply click reports a window will appear like the image above, click Get report corresponding to the data group value you what.
